Elevation 3505 permits up to two pets per apartment home. We welcome dogs and cats as common household pets.

Exotic animals including reptiles, rodents, birds of prey, or similar species are not permitted within the community.

Fees & Monthly Charges

• $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet
• $25 monthly pet rent per pet

To maintain a comfortable living environment for all residents, pet owners are expected to properly dispose of pet waste, keep pets leashed in shared areas, prevent excessive noise or disturbance, maintain current vaccinations, and follow all established community pet guidelines.

Our Atlanta location near Camp Creek Parkway and College Park provides convenient access to veterinary clinics, pet supply stores, grooming services, and other pet care providers throughout the 30344 and South Fulton area.

Breed Restrictions & Safety Standards

For the safety and comfort of all residents, certain breed restrictions apply. Unless designated as service animals, the following breeds and their mixes are not permitted:
